drug use and placing in foster system

So the thread seemed to be going well enough, no arguments. Manni joined and gave her opinion and was being okay (no one's disagreeing with her....) but addiction as a disease was really just introduced. Manni has affectionately referred to it as "people pulling the disease card" and there *could* be people that don't take incredibly kindly....
