I don't know much about foster rules....but is it okay for her to post them?
I know they've been posted elsewhere (newspaper, etc.) but does that negate the other rules? Like I said, I really have no clue...hoping someone can help out.
What happened is obviously terribly tragic - I just wanted to make sure that proper protocol isn't thrown to the wind because of grief.

It's fine. It's not something we will police. If her agency or state has rules on it that she is breaking, then it'll be policed by them. We assume that anything posted the member has the right to post.
