adoption agencies

There are only 15 approved agencies to choose from. Some are better than others. However, all meet the requirements by both the US and Colombia to facilitate and adoption. ICBF .[/URL] At this site, you can compare costs as the agency has submitted their costs to ICBF -- some costs have changed since 2008. so, don't take it as a guarantee that what you see at ICBF is the actual fee. BUt, it may give you an idea of where to start. Also, not every agency will work with people outside their geographical region. For example, one agency only works with people in the San Francisco Bay area. Another will only work with families in the Washington DC area. So, there may actually be fewer agencies than it appears to choose from.
