any one use this agency? We live in FL--I see on their website that they have a FL office...does that mean the baby could be born in FL and we wouldn't have to travel to TX? We are looking to adopt biracial baby....

I live in AK and I know a couple here in the state and they have adopted 2 AA children through them and they really enjoyed the company and have had only good things to say about them.
My husband and I tried to apply there and they told us that they had to many adoptive parents and turned us down a few years back.
