Male Fraternal Twins Born 11/21/1971 - Parkland Hospital, Dallas

I am one of male fraternal twins born to a Mary Sue Allen at Parkland Hospital in Dallas on November 21, 1971. Our birth mother named us Ted and Todd Allen. She told the caseworker she wanted to give us up at birth. She put down a false name and address where she could be reached. She was supposed to return to finish the adoption paperwork but she never did. The birth father was not named on the birth certificate, but I may have found the birth father's family through DNA testing on Ancestry.com. I am searching for my birth mother and would be grateful if anyone knows anything. What I know for a fact is that my birth mother had German measles (Rubella) when she was pregnant with us.
