Am looking for my half brother my dad thinks he was born in San fransico in around 1967. My dad says he doesnt have any information about the adoption. They did name him Jesse. Birth fathers name was John Garayalde, Mothers birth name was Carol Rishel and they were both from San Francisco he was 17 and she was 16 years of age when she gave birth.
