We are doing a concurrent adoption (Kaz/Bulgaria) with LMI, and in the last newsletter, they announced a Bulgaria referral of a healthy 3-1/2 year old girl.

Lori also mentioned this on the yahoo group, Bulgaria_Adopt... if you are interested in an online support group... it is great for information.

I am not sure if any other agencies are receiving referrals yet, but I do know that there were three sets of parents with opportunities for healthy girl referrals however they allowed their I-600 paperwork to expire and are now updating paperwork... so that technically would be four referrals if all the paperwork were straight with them...
