Will be posting my recipe on Bigos shortly -- my Bigos came out too salty any help will be greatly appreciated.
I don't know what Bigos is, but while we're on the topic of Polish recipe, I'd greatly appreciate help with the dough for Pierogie. I've tried several online recipes and each one comes out very chewy and like gum. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate some guidance.

I made pierogies for christmas eve.I used around 4 cups of flour, 2 eggs and around 1 cup of hot water. Then you adjust adding extra flour or water while you work on the dough. You need to work on the dough for a long time (till you are tired). I used pasta machine to roll the dough.
