This month was super fast for me! I submitted my claim form in person on Monday the 4th. Got an e-mail last night saying it will be deposited on the 8th! Only 4 days! Woo-Hoo!

Ditto for us too! Form was at DCS on Jan. 4 and received email that it was deposited today! Unbelievable! I was psyched for a late one this month with all the holidays we've had.

I mailed mine on the 5th (received on 6th) and got my email yesterday saying it'd be in the account on the 12th! This is the fastest I've ever seen LOL!

no email even though I submit it every month. and no deposit either.
who do I call to check on this with? the sw? the lady who submits the reimbursement?

I got mine today too.
@Lacymom - It's still a bit early for per diems to be out, so I'm honestly surprised. I'd wait another week or two and if you don't have it by then call the local accounting office or call Robin at 317-234-5079.

oh okay. I thought they came out around the 11-15th and up til now,I've had them by the 12th. spoiled I guess. I'll do that in a week if I don't see it. thank you!

Deposit was there this morning.. yea.. I also send email every month.. and have NEVER since gotten anything from them. It would be nice for planning ahead a bit I think.

wow Sonya, that is terrible! so I could have quite the wait on my hands sigh.
IA it would be nice to know when its coming. I sometimes get the reciept the day before it hits the bank sometimes not til after. I didn't see it in todays mail. guess the wait will continue.

I got the email that it will be deposited tomorrow...much faster this month. The only problem now is for the past 2 months they keep leaving one child off and we aren't being notified why. CW informed me that she approved the re-submit for November so hopefully that will be a separate deposit. Now to tackle getting caught up for December.
