My daughters bio dad gave up his own parental rights due to the fact he did not want to pay child support....first was that legal....the judge granted the term of rights...I was not there because my lawyer failed to inform me.....As part of the term she had to be adopted....but me and my BF were not married and I did not think the adoption would go through but it did....I can have the term of rights overturned and or the adoption....her adopted dad has abused her and I want to make sure he doesn't get any rights to her....I thought if i could do this it would be easier...I do have contact with her bio dad but have not asked him about this yet because I wanted to know if it was possible...I know if it is possible to do and I tell him the situation he will agree to do whatever he can to save his daughter...PLease help...
