so, i was wondering if anyone has had any experience or knows of those who have had with either Spence Chapin in NYC or Gladney in TX. We are down to those two to use for an adoption from Colombia. Any insights would help. Had a less than pleasant experience with our Guate agency years back and hope to avoid that this time around! Thanks!
