Was adopted in Worcester

Was adopted in Worcester by DSS Now Dept of Children and Families. Wrote to the Boston office and they are in the process of finding my records but Shelia Frankel, the woman working on them says they are having trouble locating them. Getting frustrated by how long its taking so would like to find out what process do I have to do in order to have the courts, such a probate, open the records for me so I can see who my birth parents are. Any help would be appreciated :thanks:
