Petitioning the Courts in NC

If you or anyone you know have petitioned the courts (not went through the CI program) to get access to your records, would you please contact me with the results of your petition. Someone is trying to pull together good information on the results of petioning the courts in each of the states. I told her I would try to do this for NC.
