Our local FSS (Family Support Services) sent us a voucher for free 6 weeks of summer camp for our daughter whom we adopted! How nice! She loves the YMCA summer camp cause of their pool but this is even nicer considering it's free!!! :) I wonder if that's just our county or happens to others? This is the first time we've gotten a voucher for this. We are in Duval County Florida

well this is kind of a late reply. i work at a ymca in santa rosa county. i know for a fact when we did the summer camp we had special programs set up for certain kids. right now we have a kid that is in foster care with us and the ffn i believe is paying the camp.

I'm not in either of those counties, but it's good to know that some YMCA's do that. I will look into it. Thanks for the info!
