ISO half sister born 10-26-1967

[FONT="Georgia"][/FONT] I am looking for my half sister born, 10-26-1967 in Washington DC, I do not know the hospital. The only information I have is, My mom named her Diana Lee, not sure of last name...could be either Sandy (my mom's last name) or the fathers last name, which I do not know. She was born in Wash. DC on 10-26-1967 at 4:37 (not sure am or pm). I have been looking for her for the last 10 years and hope to find her one day : )
