a question i don't know how to answer?

Doesn't matter - previously banned member who has been banned under her new name :)I wondered who she was before, when I saw her first post this morning- but just had a chance to look into it.

She turned out to be a previously banned member (SuzySSunshine) so she's banned again.At any rate, if those types of questions are posted, just delete. A basic question about the site is one thing, but that one wasn't, kwim?Then we'd see where to go from there, depending on the topic, member and purpose etc. Most of the time though those things are posted by people who hate the site and just want to cause issues so they get banned. Why be on here if one hates us so much, right?
