Chevyjewel's most recent post ticks me off more than I can say and if I responded with what I would like to say I would get banned. If others respond it may get bad. (Then again maybe I am the only one she pissed off.)

I posted as did a couple others while I was composing. If she needs a more official reprimand, I'll have Celia or myself do that via pm.
If her response back is full of the same venom and being a doobie butt, then we can just ban her from the thread. I understand opinions, even heated ones, but she's more or less attacking and generalizing all IA parents and that's just not okay.
This topic is not going away anytime soon and I think we'll be better off dealing with things by banning people from the thread instead of keeping track of warnings and thread closures etc.

Thank you for posting. Much more well put than what I wanted to say. I am having a difficult time getting beyond wanting to call her a few not so nice names. (A little stronger than doobie butt. ;) )

It's just her usual postings of " I have my opinions and you will never change them, no matter how wrong I am". And the ever so popular" if I think you have attacked my beliefs then I will scream like Eric Idle in "Monty Python's ; The Holy Grail: "help, help, I'm being oppressed"".The only way to stop her incessant prattling is to ban her from the thread if she steps over the line. As of now, I see her on the edge, but not over. Yet.

Ya, I agree Celia....so you'll likely get to do that in just a bit!
I posted again and stated to everyone that the topic of general IA views as a side topic there is off limits. I also told Chevy I'm not arguing with her, just stating and what I mean and didn't say is..."If you piss me off lady, you are done because MY opinion is the only one that counts 'round dese parts!";)
I'm not doing warnings etc. If the topic is brought up again, ban that person from the thread. If I'm questioned, ban em from the thread. I'm just not in the mood for "Miss Nice" today.

i was actually typing an angry response but before i hit post i noticed crick's post about IA discussion being off limits....i'm so glad i saw that bc otherwise my post would have been after the warning and i don't want to get banned. :)

Coventry would be great except she has too many posts for that. It would really be noticeable by people on the foster forum, and of course her posts would disappear.
