Did anyone else receive a letter about now mailing the invoices to KidsTrax instead of to the county?

Dang.. I didn't get my letter yet.. Maybe it's at my PO Box.. I swear my county likes to pick and choose what they send to the PO Box & what they send to my house :)

I have seen no such letter. Is this just for a particular county right now??
I did hear that eventually the county offices would lose the employees that handled these . that is how they were making up for not being able to enforce the 10% reduction in per diems.

It is for every county. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the budget cuts. All those people in the local offices now are not needed and everything goes to a small group of people in downtown Indy.

Still no letter here.. Perhaps just Marion county is starting this month and the rest will follow?? I wonder why others of us have not gotten letters yet.. And how are they deciding who the send in dates? Weird!!

i got this from my homefinder today. this is a letter directly from her supervisor addressing the letter some of us got. it looks like we are still sending info out on the first of the next following month of the invoice. they also had a list of 4 different people in acct we are to contact that i guess will be included in the next nesting notes newsletter. i didnt know if we were allowed to list contact info for people publicly so i didnt list it.

Please have people disregard the second page - those are roll out dates for counties: not dates people are to send in their claim forms. The final answer on the address to send claim forms in to is:

I was just talking to our foster parent specialist about this and she said exactly what IceKitty's homefinder said. It was just a poorly written letter. You still send in the invoice at the 1st. Oh, and they are changing the invoice appearance at least in my county. So, yay.

well the good thing is that the letter is just giving you the new addy to where you send the invoices, which i copied and pasted. i can pm you the contact info portion of the email if you need it, but just note that it said it was for payment issues. i dont know if they can answer anything else.:earth:

I still havent recieved any letter about all this.. dont know what to do really..... Im thinking to send it where I normally would.. since I havent been told otherwise. maybe not all counties are jumping on board right away??

What county are you in? I have a paper that lists all the counties and when it starts.

The scoop here is. we are sending it to same person this month.. for may we then will send it to the new place.. got this from my LCW. still no letter though.
At least this is what St. Joe county is doing this month.
