1) Has anyone used Head Start with a foster child? Do you still go through Programs for Parents, or is that a moot point since Head Start is already a state funded program?
2) I've had my Joy Boy for 2 months now. When should I expect my first stipend check?

OMG!!!! I honestly can't believe this. What did the supervisor say?

Wow! Craziness. We got our first stipend check (though it was small because it was only for 2 weeks) a month after the children were placed with us with no problem. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. I'm in Bergen Co and I have to admit they've been surprisingly and awesomely on top of things.
