Looking For My Half Sister 6/25/86

Hi I am looking for my half sister born 6/25/86 in hollywood florida. My mother was 26 when she gave her up. Im not really sure where to start. I believe that she was named Mandy. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks Krystle
