Advice? Help? Info?

Hello to all! Looking for info from the more seasoned Foster-to-Adopt Adoption.com members We have K's TPR advisory coming up in 2 weeks. We are just curious to know what this will entail. They are TPRing both bioparents - BD is abandonment and BMom just can't get her act together (drugs, alcohol and significant health issues). They have addresses for both BP's and were going to be serving them (hopefully this is done by now). So, what actually happens at the 'Advisory Hearing'?
