the cw is an idiot, is she new? Is this a Home Based Agency cw? However, I would inform her you aren't taking the child to visits she approved if you are liable, make her do the legwork to find out she is an idiot!

I agree 100% with Libby. I would send her an email reiterating exactly what she said in the FTM meeting about your liability and simply tell her that under those circumstances, you cannot transport.
