My feeling is that post #4 by Longing2beMom needs to be deleted as she is suggesting lying about the birthfather being known to make the adoption easier. Yes? No?

Yeah.
Remove the portion that discusses illegal activity.
You can PM her and let her know that we don't allow it. Even if it is on the advice of an attorney, it is still illegal and unethical.
