He was born at O'Connor Hospital and surrendered to Childrens Home Society Of California (CHS). I do know that he was adopted by the family who had him from 1 month old. My mother, Mary, attempted to locate Thomas in 2000 by writing to CHS. They did not reply until 2005. What she recieved was non-identifying information.
