iso BIRTHMOTHER/Adoptee born 2/4/1983

Can anyone help???? I am searching for my birthmother or birthfather...I was born February 4, 1983, my adoption was handled through Childrens Home Society of North Carolina...My birthmother was 15 and had a younger sister, my birthfather was 16 and had multiple brothers and sisters. I was also told that my mother was in the ROTC in school. I would appreciate any information, even the smallest thing would be helpful.
