Does anyone know if we get mileage for appointments more than a certain distance? I am taking my girls to a medical appointment tomorrow. It is about 220 miles each way, so 440 round trip...
I aksed the CW. but she is brand new. She gave me the number of an agency could call to arrange transportation and Medicaid would pay for it. I cannot send a 2 and 4 year old to a developmental specialist with a stranger...
So, I am coming to you all. Any ideas for me?
Nope, no mileage is available.. At least that's what I've been told. We used to get gas money years ago but that was cut out.

The form is online.. and is the same as the employee form. you must attach the randall mcnally mileage to it.. and have it signed by the county's director. I just jumped through these hoops last week. I was told it's 40 cents per mile.. but I guess I will find out soon enough. You can count from mile 101 and above. The first 100 miles you cannot claim.
I have all this info in a chain of emails from our FCM if you need them, just PM me.
