Does anyone know if there is a rule of thumb about missing or making up a class? At first, we were told that we could miss one class, and since we were military they would work with us to make anything up. Now that my husband had to miss a class for work, they're telling us that he has to wait until the next session to make it up - which is very frustrating. So would anyone know anything - rules or otherwise - that might help us? (they keep changing our class teachers, which I think it creating the problem here).
Also, with the homestudy, does anyone know if the rooms have to be 100% ready? I remember seeing a paper that said each child had to have their own bed, sheets, pillow, towel, etc for the inspection - but I was not clear if that was for foster children only (we're adopt only). We initially said only 1-2 children, but now we're thinking that we would take up to 3 if it were the "right" sib set for us. But that's as concrete as we've got it right now, and we only have two extra beds ready (and it seems silly to put up a third one as a just-in-case for the home study), but we know how we would set it up if we were matched with 3. So any insight on that would be appreciated as well.
Thank you!
