Question, but not for myself...

While I am on my own quest for searching for my birth family, a dear young man is also searching for his birth dad. He was not adopted out as he was raised by his mother. His fiance has his birth certificate and have exhaused all leads that they know of. This young man is in the army and actually stationed in the state that he was born in but will be sent off soon after his wedding in a month to his permanent base. Is there somewhere I can suggest they look? that I may not have thought of. He and his fiance and her family are trying their best to find him as he would love to talk to and get to know his dad. Thank you for any advice! :)
