ISO sister born 2-7-1989 in oklahoma

I am in search of my sister who was born 2-7-1989, in Oklahoma. Birth name was Michelle Raeann Mason. She was put into foster care around 1997 and then was adopted but unsure of the year or where or when. I do not have any other information. She(we) have 2 other sisters, as well, that was put into foster care with her at the same time and unsure of their whereabouts, as well.
