Looking for Kirk Woods b 1940 or 1941 from Brown Co IL

Looking for Kirk Woods b 1940 or 1941 and was adopted about 1942-1943 from Brown Co IL. He had 2 other brothers and a sister who was adopted at the same year. Richard Woods, Billy Woods, and Connie Woods. Their names were changed when they were adopted. He also had 1 other brother who was not adopted Francis Woods and 2 half siblings, my mother Adamae Woods and her twin brother Glenn Woods. Kirk was named after his Great Grandmother Amanda Kirk. Sadly to say that my Grandfather was in blackmarketing babies and sold his children to wealthy famlies in ILL. I have found all siblings but Kirk.
