Happy New Year. My boys' dad was from Stuebenville. I'm in MD. Have you initiated your search yet by contacting Catholic Charities and requesting your non-id and identifying information? Keep in mind, that depending on the agency, often what is in non-id if very little and sometimes incorrect. Also, medical was not considered important in terms of geneology in the past. You should check the agency reunion registry here under A. C. C. and enter your data. Also register with ISS. Find a good search angel or start your own search. Keep reading, find good leads.
