adopting from MO Prayerfully

We adopted from Mo. but not a foster to adopt situation so I can't tell you what that will be like. As far as ICPC, we spent 12 days in Missouri but 9 of those were due to Illinois (our home state), not Missouri. One thing that would have been helpful for us to have was a copy of the "financials" paper we had filled out because there were a couple things called into question by Missouri. We didn't have it so we had to do some digging to get the answers. All in all, ICPC for Missouri was relatively easy. We have friends from Illinois who have adopted from Missouri twice and been home in a week each time. They were with a different agency than us. All in all, a lot of things come into play to determine how quick things move. Good Luck!
