I am hoping to find any biological relatives. I came across paperwork that leads me to believe that my first & middle names given at birth were Katie Marie and that my last name was likely Nielson. My birth certificate says that I was born in Edina. The adoption was through Catholic Charities.
I was 6lbs, 7 & 1/2oz at birth and I am not sure if my birth parents were aware that I was born with a heart defect called scimitar syndrome and have one lung that does not function. I do just fine though. :)
I would like to meet someday~ or at least communicate somehow. I miss the family that created me even though we've never met! I hope you are doing well.
