song of hope

hey guys... I heard a song on the radio the other day that TOTALLY gripped my heart... I had to look it up and found out that the song is done by a group (formerly called Audio Adrenaline) who has multiple orphanages in Haiti and have for years. They did this on an album to raise money for their work in Haiti, and it has the Haiti children's choir as well. The thing that gripped my heart, was the prayer for God to build them back, and how that pertains to the children we're planning on adopting. I love God's promise to heal and restore, and pray already for hte kiddos we'll have that God will do this in their lives. For me, it's served as a thing of hope, as we wait for our kiddos... and the hope that GOD will use us as tools to bring healing and build back the lives of our children.
