M iso Bfamily bn 2/21/70 in NY or PA

Hello... I have a hard time getting answers about my birth and adoption. My birth certificate states that I was born in Williamsport PA, but it is whited out and I was told that I was born in Elmira, NY. I'm told that those who should remember, don't remember where I was adopted from. I was adopted at 3 months old. I spent 3 days with my birth mother, I was told at one time that my mother made me a crocheted outfit. The adoption took place in NY...I think.
