So frustrated/mad/disappointed right now! Our licensing worker justrescheduled our final home visit for the 3rd time! And today she couldn't even call herself.....she had her secretary call. This makes me think that they must not need foster parents very badly :mad:

That has to be terribly frustrating. I am trying to prepare myself for a long and frustrating journey. I feel like the agency that I am working with does not really need foster parents ????? I hope the 4th time is the charm!:hissy:

She did finally come....now we're just waiting on our license. They keep telling us they need foster parents it just doesn't seem like it...we're in Northern IL. Where are you?

I am in Arlington Heights IL. I think I will just go through the process and if I am not getting any results, I will change agencies. These boards have been a God send! I am going to get fingerprinted tomorrow and get my TB test and keep checking the classes. I am hoping for a Saturday morning and afternoon session so I can finish a bit quicker.
