Born June 12th 1989 Detroit MI please help

Please I need someone to help me. I was born June 12th 1989 in Detroit Michigan. My mother's last name was Ramirez and she was born in 1968. I don't know of how many children she may have but I know a boy was born in 1992 and was going to be given up for adopted but died a few days later. I know for sure I have a half sister out there that is two yrs older then me. I have no records of my birth father and my mother may not have even known him as seeing how she was a prostitute. She may have at least 3 or 4 sisters. I am of Hispanic Descent and my bio sister and her grandma may live or have lived in Florida. Please any info anyone knows or can help will be much appreciated.
