Louisiana State Senator Danny Martiny is proposing a bill that basically provides access to original birth certificates to those at least 24 years old. The 2011 Regular Legislative Session began Monday, April 25, 2011 and ends June 23, 2011. If the bill passes, it will go into effect August 15, 2011.
