We are thinking about relocating next year. The area's we are looking at are Wellington and surrounding area's. We (like everyone else in the world) are looking for the best schools and low crime rate. Anyone in that vicinity who can give me some suggestions. (Not looking for a Realtor, I am one). Thanks in advance.

I am in Martin County as well and am just starting this process. I am looking to adopt rather than foster. I would be open to fostering in the future, however, I have 3 young kids already and want to have something more permanent until they are older. Any advice for going through this process in Martin County? I start my MAPP classes next month. I am interested in adopting a little girl who is 3 or younger since my youngest child is 3. I thought it might be best if the child is the youngest in the family. In your experience do you think it would be difficult to be matched with a child that young? I read some discouraging posts on here about requesting younger children. I just feel like it would be really hard to adopt an older child with my young kids (3, 5, and 7yrs) at home. Does that even make sense?
I'm in Florida, but not in that county. We opened our home to babies six or so months ago and, within the span of those last months, were placed with five newborns - two that went from us to their adoptive families. (we were not interested in adopting)You may have to cycle through some placements that the state says will be adoptable (but ultimately they return home) but if you stick with it a infant or toddler will eventually become available for adoption.
