Adoption Tax Credit for Relative Adoption Finalized in 2012?

There is now a Bill called [URL="http://braley.house.gov/press-release/tax-day-braley-introduces-bill-renew-expand-adoption-tax-credit"]"Making Adoptions Affordable Act"[/URL] that has been introduced by Iowa rep Bruce Braley that would permanently expand the adoption tax credit to $13,360 and make it refundable.
