I was born in Mt. Vernon Ohio looking for B family

Female Born 9/14/83. I went through Franklin County services. Two older siblings possibly in their 40's male and female. B Mother was in an mental institution and possibly deceased now. I was in foster care for about 4 months and adopted very early. This should not be a difficult task to find my B family, because during 1983 the was only maybe 4 African American families and 3 of the 4 were related.
