This icpc study is getting ridiculous. We have previously fostered children here in Osage county. We are seeking to bring 4 siblings into our home from Rhode Island, and South Carolina. This is a kinship placement. The requirements continue to drag on. Can I go court in the sending state, and request direct placement from the judge. The children are in custody, but rights have not terminated in Rhode Island. Can the birth parents sign over permanent guardianship, and eliminate this process?
