agency help: Congo or Ethiopia

We have just started the process and are looking at various agencies throughout the US. We would like to go with an agency that works in both Congo and Ethiopia-- If you have any experiences or agency names that you feel you can really trust that work honestly please let me know via a message. We also need help with knowing the best questions we should be asking.. any input is helpful! Thanks in advance...
