Hello,
I am planning to hire an agency out of my state. In this case I have to find out agency in my state to do home study. Many peopole suggested State's department of human services. I asked them and thay do not share home study, but they can certify us.
Can we use this certification in private adoption?
Or
placemnet agencies need complete home study report?
