ISO birth mother F born 6/10/67 in Washington DC

Hello, 44years old now .. STILL ISO birth mother. I was born in Washington DC, however, adopted out of Baltimore Maryland, Methodist Church. I am blonde, tall, hazel eyes, I had a birth mark that covered my entire index finger on my right hand when I was born.
