Stuck due to immigration

Yes. We got the same news. We received our referral on April 28 and thought we'd be travellubg any day now. But we are now being told Jan/feb. It is painful!! We have our1600 approval so we are praying that just maybe Korea will release more eps before year end. Pm me if want to chat. Hope you are doing ok!

Hi Kristen. Unfortunatley we got the same news as well. We got our referral in early May and were told we'd be travling Aug/Sept. Because of the quota issues we are looking at Jan/Feb 2012 now.

Thanks for your input ladies. I don't know too many others that this has happened to, but it certainly fits. We were referred 4/12 and accepted 4/18 and were told our child would arrive Nov/Dec. Because we have a four year old at home, we chose to have her escorted, not knowing she would be close to 18 months when she came home. Complicating the issue is my husband has been approached to apply for jobs outside of our state and we have to stay until we have custody of her, but I also don't want to delay finalization by moving, either. It's just so frustrating!
