ISO BioParents: M, 10/15/1979, Allentown/Bethlehem

Looking for my husbands Bioparents to get medical information. We are still waiting on the Orphans court to get back to us.Male, born 10/15/1979 ( if this date wasn't changed) in either Allentown or Bethlehem. Adoption was private. We are unsure of most information as parents are not very forthcoming.Thank You!
