I have my little guy !

I was placed with my little 8 month old Tiger on July 22 and Im just thrilled, However mom or dad have not called or showed up to court regarding little Tiger, our case worker told us that so far the parents have not showed any intrest or that family member has showed any as well, he is one of 9 sibling and from what I understand she has lost other children to the system, my question is how long does it take before mom could lose her rights to little Tiger, from my understaing she might be incarcerated at this time., I know its to early to gget my hopes up with this little guy, but its to late for that, Im in LOVE... :paci: :paci: :paci:
