Forming a non-profit Adoptee Research corporation in California

I am a professional genealogist and have all of the California Birth Indexes on microfiche. I am able to match birth index registrations for adoptees born in California from 1905 to 1977.In order to finish applying for 501(3)(c) status we are asking for a flat fee of $50 for research - no-find, no-fee.
