Increasing license ???

So tomorrow one of our kiddos will be going home. We've been thinking of asking to increase our license from 2 to 3. When we had our homestudy done we weren't sure which to do, so we went with less to get comfortable. Two was a so easy we feel confident increasing, but aren't sure what all we need to do. I thought I'd throw out the question here before I talk to my homefinder.
